NVIDIA Launches Open Secure AI Alliance with 50+ Founding Partners: Open Models, NOOA Agent Harness, Open Defense Stack for AI Security

NVIDIA founded the Open Secure AI Alliance (OSAA) on July 27, uniting 50+ partners including Adobe, Cisco, Cloudflare, CrowdStrike, Dell, Fortinet, HPE, Hugging Face, IBM, Microsoft, Nokia, Palo Alto Networks, SpaceXAI, TrendAI, and Zscaler. The alliance develops and shares open tools for AI safety and cybersecurity. Following the Hugging Face security incident where closed AI tools blocked forensic analysis, Hugging Face ran open-weight GLM 5.2 model on its own infrastructure to analyze 17,000+ actions. NVIDIA contributed the NOOA (NVIDIA Labs Object-Oriented Agent) open-source research framework on GitHub for agent harness testing and governance. HPE contributes SPIFFE/SPIRE zero-trust identity framework. Hugging Face offered Safetensors safe model format. Microsoft contributed MDASH multi-model agentic scanning harness. SpaceXAI open sourced Grok Build terminal-based AI coding agent.
